Mutual Aid for Gaza Charity (Hand to Hand)

Hello everyone,

My name is Acil Taher, I am based in Montreal, Canada. My friend Roxana and I have been in contact with our friend Mohammad in Gaza since the beginning of the genocide. We are setting up this fundraiser to help him help his people in the city of Rafah, south of Gaza, who are undergoing genocide since October 2023.

After 2 of his Paypal accounts have been shut down. We needed to find another safer way to gather donations and had to settle for a foreign bank account and open up a Go Fund Me. I will personally be responsible for withdrawing the funds and sending them to Mohammad via International Wire transfer from my bank account (RBC) to his personal one (Bank Of Palestine).

Mohammed Ahmed Abu Raida and Mohammed Naji Abu Raida are two brothers who are very passionate about helping their people. They have been doing this "humanitarian work" on their own accounts since 2016 when they decided to take the responsibility of distributing and cooking meats, as well as distributing clothes to children, vegetable baskets, lunch baskets, and many other things to the people of Khan Yunis (a city in Gaza).

Right now, the two brothers are on a mission to provide as much support and basic needs for displaced families in Rafah living in tents in unimaginable conditions — with just $35 you can feed an entire family for a day.

Despite the increase costs of fresh produce and the scarcity of basic needs, they are gathering as many donations as possible to help as many families as they can.

Every penny you donate directly supports those on the ground, who we are in direct contact with everyday. And for each donation, with your agreement, we will honor your generosity by writing your name on the items delivered to the families. اسمي أسيل طاهر، وأقيم في مونتريال، كندا. لقد كنت أنا وصديقتي روكسانا على اتصال بصديقنا محمد في غزة منذ بداية الإبادة الجماعية. نقوم بإعداد حملة جمع التبرعات هذه لمساعدته على مساعدة أهله في مدينة رفح، جنوب غزة، الذين يتعرضون للإبادة الجماعية منذ أكتوبر 2023.

محمد أحمد أبو ريدة ومحمد ناجي أبو ريدة شقيقان متحمسان للغاية لمساعدة شعبهما. وهم يقومون بهذا "العمل الإنساني" على حساباتهم الخاصة منذ عام 2016 عندما قرروا تحمل مسؤولية توزيع وطهي اللحوم، وكذلك توزيع الملابس على الأطفال، وسلال الخضار، وسلال الغداء، وأشياء أخرى كثيرة على أهالي المنطقة. خانيونس (مدينة في غزة).
