Last week, our beloved friend Ellie passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.

Ellie was an incredible person who was loved by everyone fortunate enough to know her. She graduated from Westminster Kingsway College last year and dreamed of moving to London to work in a Michelin-starred restaurant. She had a real passion for food, loved to travel, and returned from an unforgettable trip to Thailand at the beginning of this year.

Ellie was funny, kind, caring, and brought so much joy to those around her. She was an amazing friend, sister, daughter, and auntie and her loss has left a huge hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.

As Ellie's colleagues at The White Horse, many people have asked how they can support her family during this incredibly difficult time. We have therefore set up this page to help ease some of the financial pressure they are facing and to give everyone the opportunity to contribute towards giving Ellie the truly special celebration of life she deserves—one that reflects the remarkable young woman she was.
