Help 5-Year-Old Zion Fight HUS (Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome)
Dear,
Family, friends and kind strangers.
Hi, my name is [Leisha], and I’m fundraising for a brave little boy named Zion, who is just 5 years old and currently fighting a serious illness called Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS).
He is with his parents and grandparents in Stanford Hospital, in Fargo.
HUS is a rare and life-threatening condition that can cause kidney failure and other serious complications in children. Zion has been in the hospital since Monday and will continue to be here for a few weeks receiving intensive treatment, including dialysis, blood transfusions, and constant monitoring by a dedicated medical team. It’s been a very scary and emotional journey for him and his family.
Despite everything he’s going through, Zion continues to show incredible strength and courage. He loves swimming, meeting new people, dinosaurs, and making people smile — even from his hospital bed. He’s truly a fighter and a warrior!!!
How You Can Help:
First and Foremost PRAYERS, thank you all who have been praying and continue to pray. Zion’s road to recovery will take time, and the medical bills, transportation costs, and missed work for his parents are quickly adding up. We’re asking for your help to support his family during this challenging time so they can focus on what matters most: Zion’s healing.
Every donation makes a difference. If you’re not able to give, please consider sharing this campaign to help us spread the word.
Thank you so much for keeping Zion in your thoughts and prayers — and for being part of his fight.
