This Go Fund Me is for the Yosemite Search And Rescue team on behalf of our son, Morgan Mannon. He has been working as a hiking guide this summer in Yosemite and an experienced climber. On Monday, October 14th he was struck by rockfall on a climbing route. Without the swift action and medical expertise by the YOSAR team, he would have lost his life. The YOSAR team spent the entire night with him on the mountain giving him paramedic and medical attention until he could safely be airlifted to the nearest trauma hospital. We have a new love, respect and honor for this incredible team of professionals who risk their lives to save others.
