Donate to WashU Vitamin Water Club's Charity Event

We are the WashU Vitamin Water club! We are a group of individuals who drink and discuss Vitamin Water. We are a fun loving no pressure club that is open to anybody who wants to join. In the past we have hosted various events and meetings which have helped unify the campus and helped people form meaningful connections.

We are raising money for a fundraising formal that we will be hosting on Saturday, November 9th. The primary goal is to cover the cost of our formal. We are setting our budget for the formal at $300. After we reach our goal amount of $300 we will be donating 100% of the money we receive to charity. We want to raise as much money as possible for charity while having a fun formal.

The charity we will be donating to is Helen Keller International’s Vitamin A Supplementation program. This charity helps distribute Vitamin A supplementation to children specifically focusing on Africa and South Asia. Half of the kids that die in those regions are Vitamin A deficient and there are an estimated 100,000 children that die from Vitamin A deficiency related causes every year. This charity is a very far reaching and cost-effective charity that helps thousands of kids worldwide.
