Please help correct functional issues with my jaw. Corrective Orthognathic Surgery (LeFort I Osteotomy, to correct jaw deformity and misalignments).

Hi, my name is Warren Willowdale. I currently suffer from a deformed upper jaw, narrow palate, misalignment, open bite, crossbite, crowding, TMJ, and narrow airway due to the narrow palate. My whole life, I have suffered from dental issues and jaw pain due to my misaligned jaw. Unfortunately, the malocclusion is so severe that braces are unable to correct it, which means my jaw requires LeFort I Osteotomy. This means my upper jaw will be broken into three pieces to widen it and then adjusted to fit over my lower jaw correctly. This will correct the function of my bite and the areas surrounding it, improving my quality of life and preventing further issues as I age.

I have been told I required this surgery ever since I was a teenager, but now in my 30s, I am starting to suffer the consequences of not having it yet (TMJ pain, breathing issues, teeth breakage). I have an orthognathic surgeon currently ready to begin treatment, but the surgery is very expensive. I am asking for help to raise money to afford this life-changing surgery.
