Hello, I am the sister of Bailey Bason and aunt to Violet. Unfortunately on April 1st, 2026 Bailey unexpectedly and under a suspicious circumstance passed away at the Ronald Mcdonald House in Dallas, Tx while getting her five month old Daughter, Violet evaluated for a liver transplant.

Violet suffers a rare disease called Biliary Atresia it is a rare, life-threatening pediatric liver disease where bile ducts are blocked or absent, causing bile to damage the liver shortly after birth.

Bailey wanted Violet to seek medical care in the United States since all her specialist are already here, and she desperately needs her liver transplant. We are wanting to find answers for Bailey’s death, and to seek getting Violet the care she needs.

Since Bailey has passed Violet’s other parent has kept her away from us, and will not give us any answers about Violet’s current health status and what really happened to Bailey. We want answers for Bailey’s death and for a thorough proper investigation to take place since the Dallas County Police Department refuses to investigate the suspicious ruling of her death.

The Dallas Police Department never further questioned the person last seen with her and will not help us get a subpoena to get surveillance footage of Bailey’s last moments being seen alive at the Ronald Mcdonald House.

We were informed that the footage they do have has debunked her partners original story.

We just want to help Violet get her medical care before she’s taken out of the United States, and we want Bailey’s death to be investigated further.

My family and I will need help with legal fees and any amount donated will help us.
