On Oct. 8, 2024, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Stage 4 Breast Cancer. It has spread to my lymph nodes and armpit. It had metastside into my brain, the bones in my neck, left shoulder, chest and spine. I have been on chemo every week since Oct. 10, 2024.
In Dec. 2024, I did a radiation treatment for my brain. I have received the good news about three and a half months ago that my brain and bones are no longer showing any cancer. I continue to do PET and MRI scans as follow ups.
I will be having a surgery coming up later this year to remove the cancer in the breast and lymph nodes.
I really appreciate all the love and support while going through all of this. I started doing physical therapy in March to help with my neuropathy from the chemo.
I have been off work since September 2024 and have to pay for weekly chemo, prescriptions, PT, scans, insurance premium and co-pays. Everything helps and I am grateful to you all. I love you all.
I am in pain everyday, however, my doctor says that it can cause pain when the cancer is dying. I just take it one day at a time. Sometimes, one minute at a time. Just stay positive and know I love you.
