Hi Everyone,

I never thought I’d be in this position, but I need help.

A few days ago, I survived a life-changing, traumatic car accident. I was **T-boned directly in the passenger door**, and the impact sent my car spiraling. Before I could even process what was happening, I was **hit again on the driver’s side and pinned inside my car**.

I am beyond grateful to be alive, to be able to walk, and for the overwhelming love and support I’ve received from friends, but the reality is… this accident has left me in **a long, difficult recovery process**.

I’ve been unemployed and was ready to work, this being a huge setback**, and now **my benefits and Medi-Cal coverage are running out in less than three weeks**. I live alone and don’t have anyone who can care for me through this. ** Right now, I’m just trying to survive.
