On Monday, Valery and her 2-year-old daughter were involved in a devastating accident that has forever changed their lives. Tragically, Valery’s sister-in-law and her two young children, ages 3 and 4, were also involved in the accident and sadly did not survive.

Valery is now facing not only the unimaginable grief of losing loved ones but also the tremendous physical and emotional challenges of recovery. She has undergone multiple surgeries and remains in the ICU, with a long and uncertain road ahead. Valery is currently unable to walk, and it will take time and extensive therapy before we know when she may regain that ability. Her 2-year-old daughter was airlifted and treated and was able to return home, praise be to God.

Despite these hardships, everyday responsibilities and medical expenses continue to add up. Valery still has bills to pay and children to care for while she focuses on healing.
