Our names are Andy, Alfie, Noah, and Tom, and we are skydiving to raise money for University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW).
More specifically, we are asking for your donations to support their incredible Critical Care Unit, who have been taking care of Wai-Lot Wan.
On Friday 13th June, Wai-Lot was a passenger in a car accident. Sadly, he sustained multiple head injuries, leaving him in a critical condition.
At the time of writing, Wai-Lot has been cared for by the fantastic Critical Care team for 10 weeks. They are the most amazing group of doctors, nurses, HCAs, and non-clinical staff. Their dedication and compassion for Wai-Lot have been second to none. Not only are they deeply invested in his recovery, but they have also supported his family throughout this incredibly difficult time. Thanks to their care, in recent weeks Wai-Lot has begun to show promising signs of improvement.
Before the accident, Wai-Lot was a young man embarking on new journeys and making the most of life. An apprentice with many hobbies, including gymnastics, golf, and football. Now, with a long road to recovery ahead of him, we are confident he will remain strong and continue to show the resilience and character that define him.
Please consider donating to this great cause—any contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated.
