Early in the morning on March 27, Troy peacefully passed into the next life, his last hours and moments surrounded with love from family and friends. Troy fought hard to stay, but ultimately, he had shared with Sarah that he would be placed by God where he was needed. 16 years ago, Troy received a second chance at life with a double lung transplant that allowed him to live and love big, which I believe he did every day that he was given.

Troy was a man of great character, someone that was easy to love by anyone he crossed paths with; man and animal alike. I can tell you that his jokes and sense of humor were intact until the very end. Sarah was blessed by his love and he was blessed by hers. I know that he will continue to walk beside all of those who loved him dearly.

Now is the time to really rally for Sarah. Please consider sharing, donating and praying for continued peace. The future is full of so many unknowns so let's all help ease the financial burden; this is a tangible way we can help Sarah through this time.
