My name is Trevor Ireland. I had a double lung transplant on June 14th 2024, at Vanderbilt Hospital due to post Covid fibrosis. We must stay at a facility close to the hospital for 3 months after leaving the hospital. Our vehicle broke down 2 weeks ago costing $2200.00. It costs $110 dollars a day for our housing. Food is a big expense along with the 20 different medications. We have bills at home piling up. My wife has not worked or gotten paid since June 7th. I have not worked since last December.
