My younger brother, Travis, is one of the hardest-working people I know, regularly putting in over 60 hours a week. He works for a small business that unfortunately doesn’t offer health insurance, which makes this situation even more challenging for him.

Recently, Travis started experiencing serious pain, which led to multiple doctor visits. After a month of tests and uncertainty, doctors have determined that he needs to have his gallbladder removed. Without insurance, covering the cost of the surgery, follow-up treatment, and time off work is nearly impossible for him.

Travis doesn’t know I’m posting this—his pride would probably stop him from asking for help—but I want to do everything I can to support him through this difficult time. I know he would do the same for me.

I love my brother, and I believe he deserves all the support we can give.
