We are a father and a mother to five children. We’re trying to raise money for our oldest child, who is 15, to get into a therapeutic Christian program, to help with various behavioral issues. We have tried everything we possibly could to try to get him help. The police and legal system will not help. We have tried counseling, therapy, special schools, etc and nothing seems to help in the long run. We’re pleading for help as he’s 15.. almost 16 and we feel it’s getting to the point of no return.

He’s extremely defiant, will not clean or do anything we ask of him. He went to school this past year and disrupted classes which got him sent from the room and if he wasn’t disruptive he was sleeping or watching movies in class. He did not turn in ANY work in any of his classes. No matter what the teachers/school tried or us as his parents. We’ve tried counseling to which he refuses to be involved in. We’ve tried love and attention, to which he takes advantage of. He is the most masterful manipulator I or my husband have ever seen or heard of. That and the habitual lying is the worst! The lying and manipulating could potentially cause severe consequences to our family and the other children! The lies of abuse could lead to unfathomable consequences to us as the parents and of course could harm his brothers and sisters more than anything! We are fighting to protect our family against a member of our family! It’s the hardest and saddest thing for anyone to have to do. There’s plenty more to add but we’ll leave it there.

We have searched far and wide and have done countless research into all kinds of schools and places that Our oldest son could potentially benefit, love, fit in, and thoroughly enjoy being a part of. This specific school is what we feel, right up his alley! We have prayed and prayed and talked to so many people over the past year and we finally feel that God has answered our prayers by sending us to this school! It is a bit high but we want the best we can give for our son! We feel it’s almost too late to help him. If he can get to this school and truly understand that we’re all trying to help him and not just give up on him… we fully believe this program will do him so much good! We have nowhere else to go at this point. We are asking, begging, pleading for any help to help us get our son the much needed help, guidance and support he needs. So please, if you or a loved one has ever suffered from any sort of behavioral issues, please understand, these problems are ones that must be stopped and treated early, before anyone else gets hurt or before it’s too late for him. We have to believe it’s not too late! The only thing stopping us is the finances. We’re just a normal family that works hard for what we have and that just enough to cover our home and the needs of our family. It’s quite embarrassing to have to do this so openly. But, we are desperate! And we are scared of what might happen if he doesn’t go to this program.

The program is $6000 for the initial admission fee, then $4500 per month for 18 months.

We encourage everyone to look into the Masters Ranch. Our hope is that this place will fit the all around needs and wants of our son and that he’ll truly grow in the best ways possible!
