I am asking for help for a friend and fellow nurse. She is aware that I am reaching out in her regards. Her name is Tracy and we worked together for a few years. She is such a caring and giving nurse! My heart breaks for the pain and losses she has endured over the few years I have known her. She lost everything including her job and living situation about a year and half ago due to the constant stress in her life which exacerbated her diabetes and other medical conditions. She was living with a husband who was an addict and not nice to her. She recently got an amazing opportunity from an old coworker to move to Alabama and start over. She has very little friends or family. She was just starting to smile and find peace and start a new job in the last few weeks. Early Friday morning she got a call that her husband passed away in NH. She had to come back to NH to get things straightened out with no money and minimal support. She now has to live with his death and the emotions and stress that comes with it. I am asking for any financial help for her or even emotional support. A comment or card to her new home in Alabama could mean a lot!! Please spread kindness not judgements.
