Dear friends of Tony,

We wanted to share that Tony was recently diagnosed with a serious condition called ILD lung disease and will require a double lung transplant. His treatment will mean an extended stay in Boston, close to Massachusetts General Hospital, for recovery and post surgery care.

We are asking for your support to help Tony cover the significant medical expenses not included in his insurance. In addition to medical costs, there are extra living expenses associated with his treatment and recovery.
