Help Support Tonya Terry in Her Fight against Cancer & recovery from her stroke!

For 17 years, my sister Tonya has dedicated her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has spent countless hours comforting, assisting, and guiding patients through their recoveries, always putting their needs above her own. Now, she finds herself in the position of needing care, and I am reaching out on her behalf.

This year has been an unimaginably difficult one for her. In January, she suffered a heart attack. In the past month , she endured a stroke, and now, we’ve received the devastating news that she has bladder cancer. Despite these overwhelming challenges, she continues to fight with the same strength and resilience she has always shown to those she has cared for.

She has recently been moved to a long-term care facility in Harrisonburg, VA, where her recovery remains uncertain. We don’t yet know how long she will need to be there, but we do know that the financial burden is immense. The medical expenses, combined with the worry of losing her home and belongings, add unimaginable stress to an already difficult journey.

Our family wants to make sure that she can focus on healing without the constant fear of financial instability. That’s why we are asking for help. Any contribution—no matter the amount—will be a tremendous blessing to her. Every dollar raised will go toward ensuring she has the stability she needs to recover, rebuild, and, hopefully, return to the life of caring for others that she loves so much.
