Hello I'm Tommy Blake. Friday the August 21st, I totalled my 2024 Harley on the highway. I broke six ribs and I spent several days in the hospital, approximately 6 days in the hospital. I run my own company and am going to be unable to work while recovering. That's the only way I can pay my bills and live in my home. Any assistance would be so gracious and appreciated.
