THE HORROR was nominated best indie horror film at CANNES art festival and is entered in CANNES reg programming now but needs SUBTITLES< COLOR CORRECTION and SOUND EQ--- any donations are accepted :)
SVFX are done-CGI is paid.-
SVFX is coming in slowly but seeing this is a green screen film, there's a number of SVFX shots, all not paid yet, NEED HELP PAYING COLLABORATING ARTISTS---There is a rough cut I made, no score, VFX or mix done-yet but with your support they're coming. the VFX is expensive but it'll be worth it in the end. We have a sept deadline- I entered into a mainstream festival. I have no control if it screens or not, but will be entering indie fests right after.

WE MUST EDIT EDIT EDIT!! My jobber pc needs to be refurbished in order to edit, it would cost same as renting- any contribution would help :)

For over ten years I have been applying for a grant from CCA- they always say no and I go on and make lower budget films and win awards all around the world. I am pretty tired of this like most are in my boat and actors I cannot pay yet feel similar, especially since CCA want to label my films CCA in the end without funding them, so that they can promote said film when everyone is dead or too sick to say squat. So plz I say again contribute to this film, any donation will help.
Boards are done... workplan and outlines also. almost cast everyone as well--MSOPA has cast the remainder. Props are bought now also. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BEAUTIFUL CREDIT AT THE FILM AT THE END IF YOU DO DONATE :)
Hi, my name is Toly A.K. although I continually apply for jobs and stuff I am hardly ever working... I am raising funds for a film project, A Horror film...standard b-movie slasher film---but fun. might even get distributed, never know. I need money for my actors, although I can shoot the film many actors are donating their time. Half will go to paying some bills but the other half is for the actors participating.
A bit about me: I am an award winning filmmaker who despite a disability from being run over by a drunk driver continues to win awards in festivals. I have screened at Cannes in 2006 and was awarded at Cannes world art festival in 2023...
I am a Concordia University honor graduate who went to BC and worked on several larger productions, came back continued working and was awarded a grant from CALQ to make a feature 20 yrs ago. I continue working but given the current economic situation work is sparse.
