Help the Salinas Family Rebuild after Tragic Fire
Donation protected
On August 11, 2025, a devastating fire destroyed the home of a lifelong El Paso, TX family. In an instant, the Salinas family lost not just the roof over their heads, but a lifetime of memories—photos, keepsakes and irreplaceable treasures.
Even more heartbreaking, their adult son who has been living with them since January and has been battling illnesses, lost vital medical equipment he depends on daily for his health and well-being.
Additionally, the following day on August 12, 2025, Mr. Salinas was caught in a torrential rainstorm on his way to visit his son in the hospital. The truck he was driving submerged in water up to the seats. Mr. Salinas had to be pulled out through the window of the truck. He is fine but the truck he was driving sustained significant water damage and had to be towed. The vehicle was only insured for liability.
Their faith in God and love for their neighbors has been a light to so many.
We are asking for donations of any amount to help the Salinas family begin to rebuild—not just their home, but the sense of peace, safety and stability they have lost. Every dollar will go directly to clothing, essential items, incidentals and medical equipment for their son.
Please lift them up in prayer and share this with others who might be able to help.
They have always believed that God provides—and we believe that He will, through the hands and hearts of others.
Thank you for your kindness, your generosity and your prayers. The Salinas and Benson families would like to say thank you very much to all of those who have called offering assistance and prayers during this difficult time.
