The Prom Family

On June 23rd, The Prom Family’s world was turned upside down when Brent was involved in a devastating accident. Tragically, he became trapped in a control box where he drowned and went into cardiac arrest on-site. EMS were able to revive a pulse and he was airlifted to University of Chicago where he remains in the ICU in a coma. Brent is battling a severe hypoxic brain injury and unfortunately, the future remains uncertain.

With a 1-year-old daughter, Abigail, to care for and another baby girl due in early September, the emotional toll on Sydney is beyond words. Despite everything, she remains steadfast by Brent's side, praying for a miracle while ensuring that their family is cared for.

Your prayers for Brent's recovery and for strength for Sydney and their daughters mean more than words can express. Sydney has truly felt how much their family is loved throughout this difficult time.
