My name is Tessie Feliciano. Ever since 2008, I've been in ongoing treatments for multiple medical conditions that resulted in my OB-GYN scheduling me for a hysterectomy this upcoming July 16 to reduce pain and improve my lifestyle. The costs of the operation are not completely covered by my insurance, and the hospital is asking me for an out-of-pocket amount of $6,000.00 to cover the procedure and some preceding treatments.
