Our Story
On September 7th, 2023, our dear friend and family member, Terry Harding, received news that would change his life forever. At just 48 years old, Terry was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Since that day, Terry has been battling this formidable opponent - which he's affectionately nicknamed "Karen" - with unwavering courage and determination.

The Journey So Far
Terry has undergone multiple surgeries, chemo, radiation, 2 broken arms, 4 broken ribs and more in his fight against Karen who has also been battered in the process. His strength and resilience throughout this challenging journey have been nothing short of inspirational. After a recent period in acute rehabilitation, Terry is tentatively scheduled to return home on Monday, September 9th.

Why We Need Your Help
Terry’s road ahead presents significant challenges. Hospice will provide some services, but there are several essential needs that fall outside insurance coverage:

1. Specialized Caregiving: To ensure Terry receives the best possible care, we need to supplement hospice services with additional caregiving support.
2. Home Modifications: We aim to make Terry's living space as comfortable and accessible as possible during this time.
3. Medical Supplies: There may be out-of-pocket expenses for supplies not covered by insurance but crucial for his comfort and care.
4. Family Support: We want to ease the financial burden on Terry's family so they can focus on spending quality time with him.

A Message from Terry, Lindsay, Logan and Tucker
"We are beyond grateful for all of the love and support that has been given to us over the most difficult year of our lives. We have felt it to the core as our village has rallied around us in ways we could never have anticipated. We have focused on creating core memories with our family and dear friends and are grateful for all that we have been able to do and experience. You have all lifted us up and shown us the good in the world.

We are entering a new phase in this impossible journey and while Terry and I have been reluctant to ask for help, we have gotten to the point where we need it to provide the comfort and care we want to give Terry as he comes home. Thank you for your continued support, we love you all.
