Hi my name is Ted I was diagnosed with a liver disease in September of 2024. I am also a type 2 diabetes patient. On July 30th I was scheduled to have a liver transplant evaluation in my last of 9 appointments that day I received a phone call from my doctor telling me he was going to admit me into the hospital because something was off. I have been I the hospital since July 31st. until now Aug12th where I lay writing this to you. It’s hard to ask for help but I have used and depleted 95% of my saved and earned money. I am close to being released but still have a long ride to get a new liver and now maybe kidneys too. I do have insurance but that only helps so much and cost more than it should. The money would help me with my health medication and help me pay off some of the debt I will likely have from being here almost 2-3 weeks now’s. Anything helps and is going to good use.
