I am currently raising funds for a friend and colleague, Mrs. Tanya Taylor. She was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in January of 2025, just a few months after joining our work family. Ms. Taylor always wears a smile and is willing to help in any way she can.

She underwent a double mastectomy and had to be off work without pay for several months. When she returned to work, she maintained her bright, cheerful demeanor and determination to fight this dreadful disease. She continues to persevere through several obstacles including a severe reaction to her first round of chemotherapy and loss of all of her hair.

Tanya continues to find joy in her daily life as she tries to embrace her new a Shinead O'Connor look. She maintains a positive disposition while at work as she continues to provide excellent patient care and motivates those around her to do the same.

She informed us that when she reaches her one-year mark of the origin of this diagnosis, she plans to celebrate her life by going on a cruise with her grandchildren.

Tanya has been through a lot over the last few years. As her colleagues, we want to pay some of the kindness and goodness that she has shown forward and help to offset any medical costs and to help her celebrate this major milestone this coming January. She is truly deserving of a blessing; and Tanya is nothing short of amazing as she continues to fight through adversity on a daily.
