Support Trap Neuter & Release (TNR) of Feral Cats in Bohemia

Our community has failed..., not only animals but people. Now, I am asking the community to try to come together for one final push, at least helping the animals.

Everyone who knows me knows I love animals. I helped with the feeding of local community cats in my town. I have helped to Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Release (TNVR) at least 10 cats from one location. I have helped to Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Fail with 4 cats from this same location, and I say fail because they are all in my house. I have rescued over 5 kittens from this same one location. Only one person in the span of over 6 years has assisted me with all of what you see above, and that is Jeanne.

When you add all those numbers above up, that totals 19 cats from one location! From this same location, I now have upwards of 20 cats who also need to be TNVRed.

Currently, as of this GoFundMe posting, the Town of Islip Animal Shelter has lost its desperately needed TNR program. Now, with little to no support and over 20 cats with 1 injured who needs vetting, I am asking for monetary support from the community to help my mission of over 6 years to help these animals with TNVR to finally put an end to reproduction within this colony and community. Each cat to be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ear-tipped will cost $75 each. I will provide my trapping and releasing services at no charge, but I cannot start to trap without your support. Any money not used to support the TNVR of this colony specifically will be donated to Jeanne La Spisa so she can continue to support people and cats as she has done for me.
