Support Shannon and TJ's Journey

Hi, my name is Richard, and I’m fundraising for my friend Shannon and her 14-year-old son, TJ.

TJ has severe autism and recently began experiencing uncontrollable aggression. They came to Scottish Rite Hospital when TJ had severe tooth pain, but after witnessing TJ’s aggressive behaviors, doctors did not feel safe letting Shannon leave the hospital with him.

She has had to quit her job to care for him, and they are now living in the hospital indefinitely awaiting a spot in a residential facility.
