On behalf of my brother-in-law (Raymund Fullerton) and his partner (Katie Ladouceur), we are asking for support as they navigate a difficult and unexpected time in their lives. 

Ray is a devoted partner and proud father of two beautiful children (a six-year-old and four-month-old). For those of you who know him personally, you know he is always there to help when someone else is in need. Unexpectedly, in the beginning of January, Ray would have to undergo an emergency major abdominal surgery. Through this surgery, doctors would uncover a deeper issue, diagnosing Ray with cancer. 

As advised by his medical team, Ray will be unable to work over the course of the year as he prioritizes his health, treatment and recovery. His partner Katie is currently on maternity leave and is now caring for both him and their baby, as they try to manage daily life, parenting and now medical appointments. 

We’ve created this fundraiser to help cover the practical costs such as living expenses, travel to treatments and appointments, medical supplies and day-to-day needs as they focus on getting through this.
