Hi- my name is Mark Johnson. I am hosting this fundraiser on behalf of People Pets Places- a 501c3 nonprofit here in Minneapolis. As a pet lover, I am excited to be a part of this new startup pet rescue whose mission i completly support and i hope you do too. Please support me in helping raise funds to make my dream a reality as I too eant to end pet homelessness forever.

I am currently a sophmore at lakeville and i play basketball and softball. I am using my softball seaon to dedicate it to my recent dog who passed away. Please help support me and my fellow softballl teammates raise funds in memory of my dog.

Below is information on People Pets Places:

People Pets Places is a Pet Rescue Oasis where Pets can live with us permanently or be adopted. Pets are family. Our vision is to end pet homelessness in the U.S. by building permanent Pet Country Clubs where Pets can live permanently with us or be adopted while allowing People in need opportunities to care for our Pets and build bonds of love, caring and purpose. We are building our first location in the South Metro area and this will serve as a model for us to build throughout the country. Part of our strategy is to have a comprehensive technology platform that allows other resuces and organizations to join and collaborate with us so we can grow togehter and adopt best practices. PPP will build the facilities, technology, training programs, best practices and other scalable operations while collaborating with other pet rescues and pet shelters to help them do what they do best- find pets needing homes. We will do what we do best- provide a luxury Place where Pets can live permanently or be adopted while getting trained to maximize adoption as many families dont have the time nor education to train their pets properly.

Our goal is to build large luxury Pet Country Clubs that becomes a destination for Pets to live their best lives and People to visit with many activities that both Pets and People can share together. Our destination includes luxury indoor living spaces, outdoor activities such as pet parks, agility and training areas, swimming pool, kids playground, tennis courts/pickle ball, organic farm to be self sustainable, event spaces, corporate retreats, cabins and camping areas, temporary housing for volunteers and low income, airbnb spaces and many other activities.

Since we need People to help with our Pets, we will intentionaly work with other organization to provide People in need opportunities to care for our Pets and in return they will gain skills, love, and purpose . People in need include: Veterans, low income, Homeless, Autism, physical disabilities, mental health, addiction, Parkinsons, and others areas. People in Need often need emotional support and the unconditional love that Pets provide and by caring for Pets, will gain skills,

We understand that most nonprofits are organized to help with immediate needs. PPP is for those who want to innovate, be part of somthing mcuh bigger and be leaders in creating large changes. this often takes longer to achieve, but more gratifying when completed.
