Support Ollie’s emergency Medical care

Hi, my name is Tania, and I’m Ollie’s mom. Ollie was taken to Osceola Animal emergency hospital on 3/9/2025 for severe vomiting. An xray showed he had eaten a lot of sand from my children’s sand pit. He had to have emergency intestinal surgery and was diagnosed with a high infection at the time. He survived surgery and spent 2 days hospitalized. They sent him home on seven medications but Ollie continued to vomit and barely eat or drink. I waited for the 5 day post op follow up appointment and his health declined severely. He was diagnosed with surgery complications and an infection that spread out of control. The vet said he wouldn’t make the night if I took him home and recommend 4 day hospital stay on IV and antibiotics. Our family did not have insurance for Ollie and have incurred so far an 8500$ debt.
