"grin and bear it" in support for NAMI!

Hellooo there! My name is Ally Katelyn, I'm a 20 year old independent artist based in New York. I just released my debut album, grin and bear it, on all streaming platforms!

Back in 2021, I released my single Deck of Cards, a deeply personal song rooted in my experience with mental health. I donated proceeds from that release to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and with grin and bear it also exploring themes of mental health, I'm continuing that mission.

I'm currently raising funds for the National Alliance on Mental Illness of New York City (NAMI-NYC). This incredible organization supports families and individuals affected by mental illness through education, support, and advocacy. Mental health is something that touches so many lives, and NAMI-NYC is doing the essential work of building a more informed, compassionate community.
