Hi, my name is Ellie and I’m 13 years old. I’ve recently been selected to play football for Cornwall with the Kernow Youth Select, which I feel very lucky and grateful to have been chosen for.

In May, I’ll be travelling for 10 days with the team to represent Cornwall in Germany. Football is something I love and work really hard at, so being given this opportunity means so much to me.

I currently travel all around the UK and play for four different teams, which I really enjoy, but it also comes with a lot of costs. Two weeks before this trip, I will also be representing Plymouth Argyle in Belgium. The total cost of the Cornwall tour is £1,100, which covers accommodation, travel, and kit.
