The holiday season is here, and Hunterdon County PBA 188 is working hard to spread some extra cheer through our annual Shop with a Cop program. Each year, we help local families who are facing financial hardship by providing children with a special holiday shopping experience—and we need your support to make it happen.

This program not only ensures that children have gifts to give and receive, but also builds meaningful, positive connections between local police officers and the community we proudly serve.

On Tuesday, December 16th, officers from participating departments will pick up the selected children after school and travel together in a police caravan to the Walmart in Flemington. Each child will have the opportunity to choose small gifts for their family and select items for themselves. Officers pair up with the children, helping them shop, feel supported, and enjoy a memorable holiday experience.

Your donation goes directly toward making this day possible—providing gift cards, supplies, and ensuring every child we serve feels the joy and excitement they deserve this holiday season.

If you’re able, please help us bring smiles, warmth, and hope to local families. Every contribution makes a difference.

Thank you for supporting our community and helping us make the holidays brighter for those who need it most.
