Chuck is a 52 yr old with stage 4 cancer that has spread to all his major organs. He has a 14 yr old daughter and lost his other daughter 4 yrs ago to cancer. Chuck has moved into hospice and only has a small amount of time left to live. April his wife is the sole income so she has to continue to work but would love some help to pay the mortgage and bills so she can spend his last days with him. April also having major surgery to have stage 3 precancerous to be removed tomorrow. She started a new job so  not eligible yet for any of the benefits so will be taken the time off without pay. 

This young family has been left with an aching void that can never be filled. While we cannot ease the pain of their loss, we can come together to help lift some of the financial burden they now face. Any contribution, no matter how small, will provide Katie and the children with a lifeline during this time of unspeakable sorrow.

Chuck will like to be cremated and have his ashes buried with his daughter. We will buried his ashes in the spring. Family plans to have celebration of life party in December.
