A team of dedicated cyclists is gearing up for the London to Brighton Bike Ride on 15th September 2024 to support the British Foundation for International Reconstructive Surgery & Training (BFIRST).

This challenging 55-mile journey through the undulating hills of Surrey, culminating with a steep ascent up Ditching Beacon to reach Brighton Seafront, will be a test of endurance and determination. Some members will even be taking on this feat using Brompton bikes!

Your generous donations will play a crucial role in advancing BFIRST's projects worldwide; where they train and support plastic surgeons in resource-scarce regions and disaster zones to provide essential care for patients with traumatic injuries, burns, complex wounds and congenital anomalies. Recent projects have made a significant impact in Tanzania, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kenya and Ethiopia.
