Donate to support Alison and her son after their tragic loss

On Monday, January 13th, John Anderson had a brain aneurysm.

They found it early, but on Thursday, January 16th, John was declared brain dead and passed.

John is survived by his wife, Alison, and their 9-year-old son.

Alison was told that this was one of those terrible situations where there was no warning and no way to prevent it. It was a 'random' event that science cannot really explain. If they viewed the same vessel Monday morning, it would have appeared normal.

As an organ donor, John will now live on in others that will be helped out of this tragedy.

My heart goes out to their family. There will be many challenges and costs moving forward. While Alison wants to make sure no one feels obligated to help, I know that in challenges like this, every dollar helps. Not just for the costs they incur today, but there are other changes to their life moving forward that can be helped by getting some financial assistance.
