Hi everyone,

We are starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our mom, Stephanie, who is facing a challenging time and needs our help.

Stephanie was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer and she required an extensive surgery/hospital stay this past June. Our hearts were truly broken for our mom. This surgery was essential for her and she needed to be taken care of quickly as the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes. She will be undergoing cancer treatments starting in early August.

Unfortunately, the medical bills, recovery costs, and time away from work are more than she can manage alone. She has had multiple doctor appointments, tests, labs, and has so much more to come. She has had a rough couple of years with multiple surgeries and those bills add up quickly.

We’re hoping to raise $5,000 to help cover:

• Surgery, treatments, and hospital costs

• Medications and rehabilitation

• Household bills and living expenses during recovery

Anyone who knows Stephanie knows how strong, generous, and kind she is. She is the first one to step up and help her friends and family when needed. She has put her needs on hold for anyone and everyone. She was not agreeable to this initially, but she knows the financial burden this is causing. We don’t want her to have any additional stress on top of everything else. Our mom is the sweetest, most giving person we know.
