Hi it's Stephanee Johnson I am raising funds for my stay in Iowa City for IV antibiotics for Kidney infection and I have been doing Outpatient IV antibiotics and need help with Hotel cost and other expenses that have occurred during my stay in Iowa City. I have been down in Iowa City since Feb.28th and though we get some discount for being a Patient at UIHC it has become very costly for me and my family to have to stay so long in a Hotel as I am having apts. with my Doctors almost Every day to make sure I am not getting worse.
