On October 13th, my son’s mother, Staneisha Matthews, was involved in a devastating car accident on the 5 Freeway when her white Jeep flipped over. She was airlifted to KMC Hospital in Bakersfield, where doctors found that she suffered a broken leg and multiple facial fractures.

Staneisha is a strong, loving mother of four—three beautiful daughters and one amazing son. She’s the type of person who helps everyone, even when she doesn’t have much to give herself. Now she’s the one who truly needs our help.

As she faces a long road to recovery, she won’t be able to work and will have to cover overwhelming medical bills, all while trying to care for her children.
