Publicist and friend Shannon Barr has recently had some major medical issues. She went in for a double knee replacement and had complications 4 days later and almost died from a huge blood clot that formed in her stomach. She had 5 major surgeries in the course of 4 days. She’s been in the hospital for over 14 days and it’s looking like she won’t be back home for another 2-5 weeks.

Needless to say our job is a hustle to keep the lights on and our dear friend and colleague won’t be able to sustain her that level of high capacity work for sometime.
