My name is Shakthi Saravanan.

I am currently a Life Scout from Troop 32 in Acton, MA. The goal of this fundraiser is to raise funds for a trail kiosk to be constructed at a new conservation land in the town of Acton as the purpose of my Eagle Project.

Moritz Forest, part of the Nashoba Brook corridor, is located in Acton’s “Agricultural Gateway” near the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, School Street field, and Wetherbee Conservation Land.

The kiosk will be installed at the head of the main trail of the newly designated Conservation Land, in order to provide information on the trail to not only keep hikers safe and informed, but to also build a sense of community.
