Hey y’all. I don’t usually like asking for help, but I’m really in a tough spot right now.

Back in August, I got laid off unexpectedly, and ever since then it’s been a struggle just trying to stay afloat. I’ve been doing everything I can to keep up with bills, rent, and daily expenses, but it’s been a constant fight. The last few months have been overwhelming. Ive been trying to hold on to my apartment while figuring out how to get back on my feet.

The good news is, I just started a new job! I’m finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, but I’m behind on rent and other essentials, and I’m scared of losing my place before I can fully get back on track. I’m doing this fundraiser to help cover my rent and living expenses so I don’t lose my home or my new job trying to juggle everything.

This stability would mean everything to me. It would let me breathe, keep my job, and finally get back into school to finish my nursing program. My dream has always been to become a nurse, to be there for people in their most vulnerable moments. I just need a little help right now to make it through this rough patch and keep that dream alive.
