My name is Ryn and I am fundraising at the request of my friend Sondos, a young woman who is trying evacuate herself and her family from Gaza. This GoFundMe is particularly for her brother Yamen, a fifteen year old who sustained a head injury from falling missile shrapnel. Since the events of October 7th, Yamen’s safety, education and life have been under immense threat. To help his family survive poverty and famine—as well as to save for a phone that would help him with his studies electronically—he has sold flowers on the street. Sondos and I want to see her brother get the downtime and safety necessary to make the best recovery he can.
