Donate to Secure Steven and Lori's Future

Hello friends! My name is Steven, my wife's name is Lori (aka Rust Moon), and we're in pretty dire straits at the moment.

As you may know, I was laid off at the end of June after nine years of working for Palmer College. My unemployment is about to run out. Lori's hours at the bookstore are getting cut again. We're looking into EBT and some other safety net programs, but it still doesn't help with our biggest expense: the space rent for our home.

We're looking to pay our February rent. Anything extra will go towards paying more bills and a last-ditch effort to get us to the Gallifrey One convention in mid-February. We're both artists and while we have booked space at the art show, we no longer have the funds to pay for the hotel room (let alone food and a photo with my favorite Doctor, Sylvester McCoy). Gally is our biggest opportunity to sell our art, so to miss out on it can put us further in the hole.
