M is a Muslim and BIPOC DMV community member and organizer fleeing escalating household violence. Their goal is $16,000 to cover their escape, emergencies, and three months of housing once secured. These funds will support obtaining a phone plan that will not be tracked, replacement identity documents, medication, transportation, and rent for a safe living space.
