My name is Cecelia. I am 74 years old and will be 75 in July 2025. I was just evicted from my home of 3 years due to fraud and embezzlement on my Citi Bank account. Citi Bank is no help and will not help me.

I now have AFIB was taken by ambulance to West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton , Fl 4/21/2025 my heart rate was 112 almost stroke level

I lost my job on November 1, 2024, after 3 years and received no compensation. I have been working temporarily on many jobs with little or no pay. The reason given for the no pay is that I did not pay attention to the hire package correctly or they were commission-only, which is not the case. I have all my faculties.

In January, I applied for loans for up to $6000 to get me through January, February, and March rent, which would give me ample time to get a good job or housing.

After many applications, I was notified that Advance America Loans would fund me $6000, so I signed the e-loan documents and the funds would be deposited into my Citi Bank account. Little did I know they deposited checks that were fraudulent from the State of New York Treasury Department.

In between the loan company's deposit, my February Social Security check and a paycheck, Citi Bank kept the funds to cover the so-called $7200.00 bad checks deposited in my account.

Yes, I called the Coconut Creek Police Department here in Florida, filed an FBI report, and contacted the Secretary of State of Florida for fraud and embezzlement.

So, needless to say, I was evicted on April 18, 2025. I have no family that can help nor a spouse.

In between all this, I received a data breach notice that all my personal information was compromised.

All I am looking for is a job that pays at least what I am worth, $18.00, so I can put a roof over my head and pay back what I can.
