My name is Erika Callahan and I'm trying to save my home. My mother, Barbara, passed away last year and my income alone is insufficient to pay the mortgage, the mobile home park rent, and utilities all at the same time. My mortgage balance is only $1800 as I've put the insurance payouts from both my mother and my grandmother's deaths toward the balance, but I'm being threatened once again to lose my home if I don't pay the remaining amount as I'm behind on my payments.

My gas is to be shut off if I don't pay $788 by October 15, 2024.

The plan is to sell my home and move out of state where the cost of living is more in line with my disability income, but medical issues have stopped my ability to get the house ready for market in the meantime. I developed blood clots in my leg as well as both lungs and am currently on blood thinners and oxygen, which impairs my ability to sort through household items to sell.

I have already sold my car and everything of significant value that got me to this point, but I need your help.
