Dear Friend,
God has truly blessed our mission, and 2024 was a year of tremendous growth. With your support, we:
- Positively impacted 2,000 youth through our VRC Programs in 2024.
- Empowered and mentored 200 girls through our Girls Mentorship Program.
- Provided a platform for young people to lead positive change in their communities.
But we're not stopping here! Together, we're setting our sights even higher for 2025.
Vijana Revival Catalysts (VRC) is a youth-led, faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit working in the USA and Uganda that empowers the next generation of leaders to transform communities through Christ, build positive relationships, and make a difference in their communities. We serve vulnerable neighborhoods in Uganda, including areas deeply affected by gang violence, drug abuse, prostitution, and unemployment.
One of our new believers, Emile K, shared his testimony:
"My friend invited me to a youth outing, and I thought it would be fun and free of charge. But when they started praying, I realized how good it is to follow Jesus. I have given my life to Jesus and believe I'm new. I ask VRC to continue praying for me."
Our Vision for 2025: Breaking New Barriers
As we continue to grow, VRC urgently needs a new facility after receiving an eviction notice from our current space. Without a permanent home, the future of these critical programs and the safety of the youth we serve are at risk.
We are investing $10,000 to secure a new, safe space for VRC's programs for this year. This investment will provide a dedicated venue for youth fellowship, girls mentorship, leadership training, and community engagement, serving as a vital support hub for Ugandan and refugee youth. It will enhance our ability to reach even more young people and increase our impact on their lives.
