My name is Annette Anderson. My daughter’s life was tragically taken on Friday by the hands of her husband. She was an employee of Flagler Cares. Yolonda touched so many lives in Flagler and Volusia counties. Her job took her into the households of teen mothers, battered women, abused women and children.
